Working overtime is not the solution!

Why do we always work overtime?Is the task heavy?　Or is it to much work?If it is too much work and project time is urgent.That’s understandable.But it is not normal.But they just think working overtime is the solution.Ｗhen they recruit employees ,they will ask whether they can work overtime.So what on earth is the problem.I believe there are many reasons for these problems.

They lack professional project management knowledge.In the work,they don’t subconsciously apply the project management knowledge.Even though ,some of them have achieved related project management certificate. In terms of project management,we always think that we can do what is good.This increases a lot of costs.I think the best way is to apply the advanced project management knowledge.No any excuse.Ｗe can tailor the knowledge system according to the actual needs to make it suitable for the real situation in the company.But The principle can not be changed.
